Doctor Ending Patch

I'm changing the name from ending up doctor to an artist commune from Euthymios to Patches.  Good grief, why did I use the name of a Christian saint?  If I had something in mind, I don't remember it at all.  And while it's fascinating to suggest that religious art survived the robot apocalypse, it's a relief to seat the game more firmly in secular culture.  I'm an atheist!

Credit to CSeven of the LCS discord for the name suggestion.  Actually, Patch was suggested, as a reference to Patch Adams, but I think Patches sounds cuter and more fluent.
